How do I take care of my jewelry?
Preserve its plating properties by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water and chemicals. Store the jewelry in a cloth bag to protect it from the elements.

How do I track my order?
At the time of shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address that you provided on your order. The shipping confirmation will include your order details along with a tracking number and a link to our shipping provider.


Our U.S. shipments are generally shipped via USPS. You may visit www.usps.com to track your package with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

 


How do I make a return?
With the current health scares in our country we are not accepting returns at this time. All sales are final.


 

What if my jewelry is delivered damaged?
While we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item we will happily replace it within 7 days of delivery. 


Please contact us immediately and a send an image of the faulty item with its original packaging, unworn, within 7 days of delivery to [email protected]


An item is not deemed faulty if damaged while wearing item.
